° A promotional item of your choice advertising your company will be included in the gift bag that will be distributed on the tables at the Banquet.
° Your company will have the opportunity to donate a door prize that will be announced during the banquet and will be listed on the back of the program, along with the donor's name. Please let staff know in advance what this item is to be sure and have it listed on the program in adequate time.

Tickets purchased on or before 3/3/11 are $25. Tickets purchased after 3/3/11 thru 3/10/10 will be $35. There will be no tickets available after 3/10/11. Last Year's Banquet was our biggest to date, and we know with your support it will be even better this year.
